Please follow the instructions below to generate your new CDOE Certificate valid from January 1st, 2024 through December 31st, 2026.

Please complete the following steps to ensure that your membership remains active:

Step 1: Update your contact information in the CDOE membership database via our website

• Click here to log into the CDOE website 

• Did you forget your password? Click here to reset it

• Click the "Edit" button underneath "My Profile" if you need to make any changes

Step 2: Renew your CDOE membership

• Click "Renew to Friday, January 01, 2027" button (see below)

Step 3: Attest to re-certification requirements

• Check all required boxes and complete re-certification form
• Click the "Confirm" button (see below)

Step 4 (optional): Print your membership card

• Click "Printable PDF" (see below)
